Our team of highly quali铿乪d EAL (English as an Additional Language) teachers help to support pupils to achieve their academic potential and take part in the wider school community through small group teaching, individual lessons and ad hoc in-class support.
They also o铿�er IELTS test preparation lessons to students who do not have an English Language GCSE quali铿乧ation, and who enter 51吃瓜网 in Form 6 to study on the A-level courses. This quali铿乧ation is an entrance requirement for UK universities.
Intensive English Language Programmes
At 51吃瓜网, we offer a bespoke Intensive EAL Programme for pupils who need focused English language development before fully accessing the wider curriculum. Pupils strengthen their English through small-group and one-to-one lessons, while also joining mainstream classes in core subjects like English, Maths, and Science. That鈥檚 why we integrate pupils into House life and co-curricular activities, helping them build fluency naturally through daily interactions and shared experiences. Progress is closely monitored through regular assessments, allowing our teachers to tailor support and ensure each pupil thrives鈥攁cademically, socially, and linguistically.
